If it were possible to give a lower review I would. I’ve been sick since Monday, with a horrible cough and a bad fever. I called this office asking for an apt, and was given an apt. This is where it starts going crazy. I get to the office and start to fill out new patient paperwork, no mention of a copay or having to pay a fee so far (I went to an OBGYN two days prior and didn’t have a copay, and the last dr I went to I didn’t have a copay either, AND my insurance website said this office DID NOT HAVE A COPAY, AND THAT I HAD... read more

This doctor office is VERY PROFESSIONAL! Everyone from the office staff to the PA's and doctor go ALL OUT to make you feel better! They schedule you on emergency visits right away instead of making you wait a few days for an appointment! They GENUINELY care about your discomfort! They TRULY make my husband and I feel like "we matter"! Kudos to the ENTIRE TEAM AT FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER! I have been a patient for years and would NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
