Had been a patient at Family Medical Center (Dr. Iezzi's office) since the 90's when they were in the blue building further north on Florida Ave. When Covid hit, I had an appointment scheduled for early April 2020. It was solely to review some routine labs that both I and the physician (not Iezzi) had already reviewed individually and were within normal limits. I have been going to Dr. Demetriou for years and have been going to this facility before him forever. I love the location, staff and trust Dr. Demetriou with my health. I would recommend this Dr office to anyone.
I've been a patient for 18 years. The doctors and staff are top notch. I have full faith in their care. In cases requiring a specialist they have referred me some some of the best in the bay.
I waited for two hours. I will not be coming back. When I called to make my appointment the receptionist was rude and didn't even write down my second insurance that I gave her. I called about clearing up my acne completely and the receptionist suggested proactive. I think it was very unprofessional for her to suggest anything at all. So i came in and the front desk person was not prepare for my appointment because my secondary insurance was not written down. My appointment was at 1030. I got here at 940 to do any necessary ... read more
