RecommendedI’ve been seeing dr aboushar since I was a child and now my son goes to him. I’ve never had a bad experience with him. He answers all my questions and deals with me freaking out about every little thing. He’s amazing. HIGHLY recommend

RecommendedDr. Aboushaar & Hardin have been nothing less than fantastic to my boys. My children have been patients for 8 years off on on due to Military moves. The first appt. we had after returning after 2 years the staff and Drs picked right back up with my children, the little jokes and nick names they have all made for one another over the years. We are treated like family at this facility by the staff and have always been able to get appts in a timely manner. My children love it and so do I.

you waited for 3 hours then the doctor will come in and only spend 5 minutes with you ..dont care about the patients.
The nurse practitioner wrote a prescription for me but did not include a quantity. The pharmacy can't fill it without a quantity so they called and left a message, 24 hours later and still no response. I then called and left a message and waited 6 hours with no response. So I called back and waited on hold for 30 minutes while they tried to find the nurse practitioner. At this point I have not been able to fill the prescription. Be aware that ARNP Lisa Karr does not return phone calls.
My mother was a patient of this practice. We attempted to get medical records for an autopsy and they made it impossible. Either by taking days to fax the requested records or only sending a few pages. The physican also broke the law by taking over a week to sign a death certificate that is legally supposed to be done in 72 hours. They never return phone calls and the front desk staff is rude and shouldn't be dealing with people.
Rudest staff ever. Was told the doctor had been there all day and was ready to go home.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I hv been coming here since 2003 when they were at their older location and despite what others say I love this place. Front staff is very nice and the doctors are wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a PCP.
