I have had the best experience with this clinic. I had an emergency situation and they got me in right away/ same day! Heidi S. has been so sweet, helpful and was on it when it came to insurance push back. I saw Dr. Otto’s PA who was very knowledgeable and kind. She listened to me and empathized with me. She called in the prescriptions immediately and referrals were in same day! There was no delay. I’m so very grateful for this team.
I have been going to Dr. Otto and the other doctors in this practice for 40 years. They never have disappointed me.
