I am highly disappointed with the customer service at this office, specifically from Kathy at the front window. During my son’s recent appointment, she treated me with a patronizing and disrespectful attitude that felt deeply biased and judgmental. I have frequently felt out of place and unwelcome coming to this practice, but this last visit was the final straw. I will not be returning he if I can help it and cannot recommend an office that allows its staff to treat patients so poorly.
all the staff is so friendly especially the receptionists and on the phone they make you feel like family
Worst place ever!!! They mess up your appointment and then leave you sitting for 2 hrs waiting! No sorry at all!!! Day before school even they don’t care at all!
They got me in the same month for dental xrays. They use a sliding fee scale too which is great since I do not have insurance. I didn't have to wait at all, I wasn't even done with the new patient paperwork and I was called back. I never like going to the dentist but at least I know with them it's affordable and I won't be sitting around for an hour.
This office will not give out referrals, for a simple neurologist, even after explaining my past medical history and the immediate need to find another one. If I can't even get a simple referral, a piece of paper saying "yep, he needs to go here". I'm not coming in asking for anything insane, just the basic ability to see a doctor that went to medical school for more than the bare minimum. This is exhausting.
