I would give 0 stars if I could. The doctor is extremely rude. Don’t even waste your time. She “didn’t have time” to talk to her patient about a reoccurring health issue she has going on. She should have never even became a doctor in my opinion. She lacks empathy, compassion, and care. A patient who left in tears because a DOCTOR would not listen to her concerns and was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Retire and find something else to do if you’re not interested in being a kind, good doctor! 👏🏼

I've been going to this practice for the last 23 -25 years but in the last year or two, the experiences have been pretty frustrating with both the medical and dental practices. This is gonna be a long one... Dental: 1. In the same visit, I was asked by the receptionist, the dental assistant, and the doctor if I had allergies, I said yes, explained what they were. I’m mortified with the staff. The lack of care, compassion and urgency is absolutely baffling. Not only did I finally get my doctor to order me my MRI’s that I needed… she sent them in for 14 separate MRI’s, resulting in ALL denials. I didn’t know for 2 weeks why I was being denied, I had to call my insurance company to figure out the problem on my own. Now, two weeks ago, I needed a global referral to a neurosurgeon.
