This office will not give out referrals, for a simple neurologist, even after explaining my past medical history and the immediate need to find another one. If I can't even get a simple referral, a piece of paper saying "yep, he needs to go here". I'm not coming in asking for anything insane, just the basic ability to see a doctor that went to medical school for more than the bare minimum. This is exhausting. Seen dr jain as a new patient today, very rude and I felt extremely rushed, first time new patient appointments should be longer than 5 minutes.....I could not explain all my concerns to her as she spoke over me with everything I was explaining and even denied some of the symptoms I have been experiencing.
Had an absolute nightmare experience. I haven't seen a dentist in 10 years and I finally got around to taking care of myself and made an appointment for emergency tooth pain I was experiencing. They noticed two pretty major cavities and i got them filled but its been a few weeks now and it hurts far more than when I went in in the first place. Behavior health at the school is a joke. They treat kids without consent and then tell kids to get over things and life could be better worse. They should be ashamed of themselves
