Reception staff could use a little work on their approach and handling with the patient.
All doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses are great and I have no problems with them. I feel like they listen and work with you on your care and procedures to be done. My one problem, and to me a big one, is that no one calls you with results of lab work or x=rays for at least 2 weeks. In the meantime, I've seen the results on MyHealth the next day but having to wait longer than a couple of days to hear doctor's opinion and follow-up is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. They answer their phone!! And my medical care is superb
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication about an issue with a bill. I have called and left messages and there has been no response from the NP or the practice manager. The bill I received was from last March. If this is how you're gonna treat me as a new patient you can keep your practice and I will go elsewhere. In the meantime I'm gonna file a complaint with the powers that be at the main office. Unacceptable!!
