Appt was at 845a, Dr Daisy didn't come in until 945a The Dr was friendly, but seemed unsure of things that any Dr should know.
Made me and my daughter who is 18 months old who was running a 104 fever wait in my car and was never seen. This needs to change and is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. When I went inside to see what was taking so long they told us to go back out side.
horrible customer service, no priority for the patients, rude on the phones, and no follow through with paperwork being sent to email when requested. called back to request again I was met with attitude. the dr wanted to send me for unnecessary mri, x-ray, blood work, etc. when I told her I could provide prrof that it was all dont in the last year through a specialist in Midland. complete waste of time. they just want your money. horrible doctors! horrible staff!!
