Slow paperwork service and very hot inside of the office. Also, they require patients to wear medical masks, but don't offer them, so BYOMask. On the positive side, I enjoyed the news broadcasted on their waiting room TV.
Dr Patel has been my physician for 28 years. He is a kind and caring man who understands his patients. He has kept me healthy for almost 30 years. Both he and his wife are the greatest people I know.
Dont waste your time with this office. I have an appointment at 1:30pm but I got lost and arrived 1:45pm, 15minutes late. I was asking them if they can see me or I should schedule another day. They said "yes" and asked to fill up paperwork as a new patient (even I am their patient for years). That's fine. And, I have been falling asleep there after 1 hour sitting there. So rude. The staff got me a check on temperature, height, ect..about 5 minutes. And she push me in a waiting room, spending more than 10 minutes there again.... read more
Best doctor ever! Very thorough and on top of everything with my health!
I've been a patient for Dr. Patel for well over 18 years. He is the kindest soul out there, he also knows my family history and started using proactive approach with my health. I had Kaiser insurance through work for a few years, so I missed having him as my regular doc, but even after not hearing from me for a few years, Amy recognized me by my voice. That's the type of service you will get here.
