I’ve been going to Dr. Ferrill for several years. I’ve always been able to get it and have never had a long wait. I’ve always appreciated the availability and getting in and out in a reasonable time. Dr. Ferrill is great and friendly. The two negative reviews aren’t anything you won’t see at most any location. If that’s the worst people can say my thoughts are you can’t go wrong! I’ve been a happy patient.
It is such a shame that after being with this center for nearly 10 years, that they can treat you so badly. My kids have basically only known this family medical center, but because my daughter has not needed any medical assistance for a few years she was considered no longer a patient. When she needed to go for an emergency visit we were informed by Diana she is no longer a patient and that they could see her in a few days as a new patient. Disgusting, shame on you Kim and Shelley after so many years.
Today, I hated the wait!! Just to get a refill for a prescription, too!
