Today I attempted to take my son to see a Dr. at Arnold Medical Center after 4 days of coughing, sore throat, body aches, head aches, and high fever. When we arrived there was only one person in the waiting room. I waited at the counter for the receptionist to finish with her chit chat in the back (sign #2 they weren't too busy), she walked up to the counter and I got a "um, do even have an appointment?"
