DR. Madison,has been my life saver. She has helped me through some difficult decisions,and has been an unbelievable listener. I thought I would never say this about a doctor,but I enjoy going to see her. Thank you,Rachael for being my primary doctor,but also a caring,kind,smart and highly professional person! Dr Crane, todd Neal and Conny are great and caring individuals
Spoke to the operator to ask questions and before I could finish she interrupted me told me no was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful and hung up while I was mid sentence. For a practice to say have a blessed day their operator doesn’t have one nice bone in her body. I would say go here but you won’t be able to.
Staff was friendly and nice . Dr Faust seemed to care and tune in . Frustrating dealing with the VA to approve any of DR Faust's referral's. Staff was nice and friendly.
Was referred to emerge ortho from Cecilia Faust . Went in 2 times for severe nerve issues and pain with my left shoulder . First time was given a shot . The pain keeps on getting worse with movement . Pain is so bad I can not do rehab . This has been going on for 9 months . Upon my last visit 12/12/23 , before my visit I was at Mission neck and spine to see a nuerologist. He said your shoulder is done you need an MRI.
