Over the last two years, this place has been my least favorite to go to. 10/12 of the visits I've had there have been absolutely terrible. For example: Lost test results (I called multiple times and a month later someone finally noticed they were lost.) Inaccurate billing ( I would ask, "Will I be getting charged for this, because I shouldn't be.) then I would receive a bill and spend the next hour on the phone getting it dropped, till eventually I couldn't.
