They missed few of test and I have to co pay again, staff at front desk is very arrogant,
Lazy and unprofessional service at Doral office. Cancelled appointments without notice, crazy long waiting time (even when you have appointments), no explanation when you receive the test results,,… the list goes on.
The receptionist creates the first impression when you enter an office, and in this case, it was terrible. They were extremely arrogant and lacked professionalism. Their approach to customer service was far from professional. I definitely won’t be returning—an unfortunate choice.
