The receptionist creates the first impression when you enter an office, and in this case, it was terrible. They were extremely arrogant and lacked professionalism. Their approach to customer service was far from professional. I definitely won’t be returning—an unfortunate choice.
Update Jan. 2025. Still coming for my annual checkup and no complaints! Very nice place! I met today Olga Perez, M.D. and she was amazing! She took the time to explain my questions and she wasn't in a rush like other doctors. The entire staff also wonderful! the nurses and staff at front. The location also very modern and clean.
Very bad office, the staff unfriendly and results of exams have not been supplied to me.
