Love the doctors. Hate the staff.
Been coming here for years.. Great place. Sometime the wait is way too long!
I have been a patient of Doctor Fred Porcase for over 20 years. He is very patient and actually listens to you when you go for an appt. he is thorough and I completely trust his care 100%. He also is our family Doctor and more family members are his patients as well. I cannot tell you how efficient his medical assistants are and the girls behind the front counter have always been friendly and will bend over backwards to her you a form or a Rx refill as needed. Been coming here since 1988. Just like my family. Would not trade them for anything.
The doctors are great but the staff is disrespect fully laughing at patients when standing outside waiting to come in for appointments. Place opens at 8:30am they make appointments for the same time and don't open their doors until 8:40 to 8:45am. They are rude & disrespectful & We have Fired them because of this. It's OUR MONEY & THEY WORK FOR US! SO DONE!!
The staff her is awful and rude, they don't acknowledge when you come in and are soooo slow!!!!! Please don't come here!!!!!!
Some of their providers do a great job. The problem I've had with this office continues to be communication, or the lack thereof. Good luck finding out your prescription status. You have to keep calling to find out what's going on with it, and hope you get someone on the line who.can tell you. I don't know why you can't see your labs online either.
Sammatha who is Dr Doyle scheduler is rude & don't return phone calls. I hope the next person who needs surgery to save their life doesn't have to go through her to a referral. Because she will get to you when she feels like it. Don't go here its the worst place ever. Only good thing is Dr Doyle is the best doctor here.Wish she had a better staff.
