Takes forever to contact somone and forever to get information on insurance for a appointment that you have to go to for a prescription. It's not straightforward ever. Told 4 different stories on my appointment. If its gonna be this hard to get my meds I will find a different place. Completely out of hand!
Dont really have too much of an issue with this place other than no one wants to pick up the phone. They close at 4 and if you call around 3:40 they'll just let the phones ring. Very professional for a Dr's office.
The best Dr service I've ever received all the staff are wonderful. It took about two years to get things done at previous Dr at Trinity if they got done at all at Trinity! I switched to Family Medical Care saw Dr Silva and all I needed was done immediately within a month and I got answers instead of excuses! If I were to also rate Trinity I'd give one star! Don't go there!
I absolutely love Doctor Kathleen. She does amazing work there. All the staff is extremely nice and they do women health.
