I have been going to this office since 2008. I first saw Betsy Melcher. After she left, I was hesitant to be assigned a different doctor. Dr. Christie became my new doctor and exceeded my medical expectations. She listens, makes time for her patients, and best of all...she genuinely cares. I have never had a better doctor in my life. Been going here for close to 15-16 years. Have had nothing but great service and its nice having a doctor that you get to know and knows your history.
My doctor there is the best and her assistant. Dr. Jo.and Brenda They just make me feel like they really care about me. The front desk personal is always helpful and with a smile. I have never had a problem getting my mess refilled or getting an appointment set up.
I went late in day; turned out I needed a brief type surgical procedure on my hand after Dr Drabick assessed. He and his nurse assists were the kindest and non rushed people ever!! They could have sent me to the ER but stayed late and took the time to give me relief from the pain of this bad finger !! I have gone to this practice for 30 years and have always been treated with respect and compassion!
