I was looking at these 1☆ reviews and I have to say that I disagree with them. Ive been going to this office for over 10 years now. While I haven't always loved every doctor I have seen here, they have all been respectful to me and very competent. I have seen Jennifer Jo as my primary MD for a few years now and she is wonderful. I have found most of the front desk staff, phlebotomists, and nurses to be friendly and personable. For a primary care office the wait times aren't terrible.
