I had the most awful experience in this mediation. I find that Jennifer was very unprofessional and insensitive towards my cultural experiences and economical reality. It was also distasteful that she inserted her personal experience as a mother in what is meant to be an impartial process. We wasted almost a $1,000 on a process that did nothing but aggravate the experience. She kept on inserted studies, without thinking critically about people’s individual experiences and circumstances.
Jennifer made a horrible experience into a pleasant surprising experience. My ex was unreasonable and unwilling, we fought for 3yrs to start this separation and Jennifer was the perfect mediator and was able to get the separation completed with no issues. Highly recommend you use family matters resolution.
