We recently found ourselves in a family crisis. My elderly parents live in the San Diego area, and my brother, sister, and I live far from them (two of us out of state). My parents needed immediate in-home care services. We reached out to Family Matters, San Marcos, and they responded immediately. Within days, we had caring, responsive, professional caregivers in place. Our experience with their entire staff has been nothing but positive. I would recommend them highly to any family going through a similar crisis.
Family Matters were proactive for me at a time that I was in great need of support for my mother's care. They were accessible and were right there to help me whenever I needed them. They sent people who were empathetic, qualified and personable. I highly recommend them for in-home care.
I am so thankful for Family Matters! The administrative team is always available for questions and very quick at responding. Our caregiver Jeanette is absolutely amazing! It is such a relief to know that I can leave my mom with Jeanette while I am out running errands or just taking some time for me. Jeanette not only is great with my mom, she also does laundry, bathes, gives/prepares her lunch and just sits and chats with her. We needed some in home care for my sister and contacted Family Matters. They have been so kind and helpful. The caregivers have been wonderful.
