We have been clients of Family Matters since January 2024 when I decided I needed some additional help caring for my elderly father in our home. My initial contact was with Andrew. We spent 30-45 minutes discussing my father, his likes/dislikes, his personality, the qualifications that we were seeking in a caregiver, and the list of tasks/responsibilities the caregiver would perform for my father. San Marcos CA. Medical transportation, intermittently for years. Always on time, fine with the doctors always changing appointment times, excellent intelligent caregivers and managers. Does not insist on fixed amount of service or calling clients while they are still asleep to confirm or be involuntarily cancelled.
Family Matters is such a wonderful home care agency! The team is super reliable, friendly, and genuinely cares about the people they help. I would totally recommend them to any family in need of compassionate in-home care!
They are professional and reliable. Completely understanding the difficulties of caring for an elderly parent. They have proven to be flexible, ramping up from providing 12 hour per week care to 24/7 care immediately when the need suddenly happened. Our family relies on them!
