I put off getting help for along time for my husband. But my brother-in-law recommended that I call Family Matters, it was a wonderful decision. My life has become much easier with all the help. I would recommend Family Matters to anyone.
Oscar and his staff are really a class above the competition when it homes to elder care. We had an awful experience with another local home health company and when I did my research to find a replacement, family matters became the obvious choice. I can’t say enough good things about the exceptional care we received from Oscar as our care manager. From the very beginning, he coordinated every aspect of my father’s in-home care with such professionalism and compassion. The caregivers are so caring and really make sure that my Dad's needs are taken care of. From his grocery shopping, doctor appointments, and even his daily walks are all taken care of. Family Matters picks the right caregivers for the individual. Love them!
I called Family Matters on a Saturday, desperate for immediate help. I received a call back in a very short time and was able to set up care right away. Oscar was extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed. The caregivers were professional, attentive, patient and kind. I will absolutely call them again if the need arises in the future.
