My first visit 2 hours but time well spent. It was very through and I understood what was being done and said . I am excited to find out the treatments they will have for me to try.
Update after 9 months of Ronin: I wasn’t sure when I started my Ronin because I fear I won’t be able to do much of the body exercises. I had bad dizziness when I tried a Yoga before, maybe my neck problem caused. I talked with the Doctor and the coach about my concerns. Started slow. It was hard work for me at the beginning.
