I genuinely wonder where all the donations and funding go to they never have baby clothes or diapers when I go. Its not like me to complain but they did tell me to exit with a 1 month old. I tried to rectify things with them but they seem to busy to care or help me retain career or housing help. Its sad good luck flagler county
Staff could not have been more polite and helpful. It was my first time there and was allowed to drop off items on a "non delivery" day. Will definitely give to this charity as often as possible.
Last year I would have given them zero stars. They were unresponsive, promised helped and never delivered on multiple occasions. Case worker kept forgetting things needed. It was a mess and disheartening. My kids missed thanksgiving dinner, Christmas gifts, I never received any help with anything. They have cleared up a lot of that now. The case worker now is very sweet, professional, timely, and does everything she can to help. And Tonya is a special - c- cool lady. Im glad they fixed things up for those in need.
