very satisfied with my pool and the process- from the salesperson armundo to the installers who were very informative, and professional while answering all my questions, the process took a little longer than expected due to permits, weather, etc- but I had my pool by Memorial Day! Thankyou!
Our pool turned out amazing. It took longer than expected because of all the rain we got, but Family Leisure could not control that. What they could control was the amazing quality construction of the pool and the great customer service. All of the employees were beyond friendly!! Corey made everything as easy as possible!! He always answered phone calls and even made a weekend stop at the house for a chemical issue. Terrible customer service department! I will never purchase another item from Family Leisure and I will continue to spread the word regarding my terrible experience. I purchased in door out door furniture with Sunbrella fabric. The furniture was kept in a sunroom and was not exposed to the outdoor elements. However the fabric began developing mold.
