If your coming from a domestic violence situation definitely would not turn to these people to offer any kind of support or empathy. I came in looking for help with my situation and how to navigate seeking resources to help keep my children safe and instead I was questioned called a lier and was told by a police officer who is “amazing in her work” that she sees why my ex has called CPS on me multiple times despite there being an open current and ongoing criminal investigation into HIM from a different county. This place really put me at ease, after dealing with a traumatic life situation. Great job!
This place does not have patience for special needs children. We are told they help take care of kids while we are on site, that’s false. Only if their daycare is there and you have to wait in the lobby for a long time. So the blonde gal up front is rude if your kids aren’t perfectly behaved. Based on what we experienced today not even being on site for 5min they aren’t sympathetic at all, nor do I feel confident my child would be safe being watched by them. They are just there to collect a check. They don’t really care.
