Horrible! Patient care, there is no CARE what so ever, the 2.5 rating explains it all! Definitely do not recommend especially the care of my child’s mental health just close down already.
They never answer phone during business hours, always required to leave a voicemail. So unorganized it's ridiculous, therapist calling the day before my son's scheduled appointment leaving voicemail asking if I plan on scheduling anymore appointments for my son and asking why I haven't scheduled any when I received text message confirming his appointment at 2pm on the next day. No communication between therapist and office staff. Definitely looking for new outpatient therapist for my son..
Started out great, change of insurance and suddenly received a huge bill and Wow. The treatment my family received after that was a joke. Appointments cancelled on us suddenly, all because they expected me to pay $$$ out of pocket while making payments monthly and online. The Communication sucked, I was mocked by the Office Manager, the therapist rolled her eyes at me, and it was the most unprofessional waste of time and money I have ever experienced.
