I am not sire how good there specialists are, but this place has a very shady billing department. They overcharged my insurance is such way that what we had to pay with insurance was more than what we could pay without having insurance ($90 per the docs they gave me to sign). Of course I found that out 2 months after we started the treatment. I made all payments and a year later I start receiving new bills...No one takes responsibility to explain what these bills are for. Family Insight debited my credit card without my permission for a balance and left me in a financial bind with alot of overdraft fees! In response to the owner, did you notify me that you were deducting my card without permission. I was working with Angel Gonzales on setting up a payment arrangement and, you took it upon yourself to fraudulently take money without consent. So, there is your 90 day whatever... NOTIFY FOLKS BEFORE YOU STEAL MONEY

The therapist my daughter saw was more interested in talking about her trauma than my daughter's issues. My FSA is frozen because they refuse to send me itemized bills for her treatment. The chick who I was talking to is now ghosting me. I can't believe this place is accredited. I'll be reporting them shortly.
