I was a patient at this practice for over ten years and I want to start by saying how genuinely grateful I am for my (now retired) psychiatrist’s kindness and support during a very difficult period of my life. Looking back, however, I now recognise some significant gaps in the treatment I received. Doctors are great, but the receptionists are terrible. They don’t care about patients, only about money. When it comes to claiming insurance or helping with anything important, they make no effort at all. It’s clear they’re not there to help you.
Dr Joel Singer is compassionate, understanding and listens carefully in order to piece together a narrative of my needs. He is able to explain complex situations in simple and effective ways. He is also very candid and honest around possible treatments. A very kind doctor who cares deeply about his patients.
