Doctors are great, but the receptionists are terrible. They don’t care about patients, only about money. When it comes to claiming insurance or helping with anything important, they make no effort at all. It’s clear they’re not there to help you.
Dr Joel Singer is compassionate, understanding and listens carefully in order to piece together a narrative of my needs. He is able to explain complex situations in simple and effective ways. He is also very candid and honest around possible treatments. A very kind doctor who cares deeply about his patients.
