After years of cleanings here, an employee suggested we get a second opinion from another practitioner while looking into implants. The prices were better and equipment far more sophisticated. My husband came for his next scheduled cleaning, which was confirmed by their office. He was taken back to the chair and the dentist told him he had to leave. To all the current patients do yourselves a favor pick up your records and get out of here. Dr. Grubs office used to be a good place. His health issues and the constant revolving door of team members has this place as one of the worst. The care is substandard and less than professional. The operating hours reflect a depleting customer base. If you want outstanding service go elsewhere. I hope the ladies at the front desk who have always been pleasant can enjoy retirement or land somewhere else. Please do not waste your time ... read more

Dr. Grubb and his staff are wonderful; I was comfortable at all times. I had my top teeth pulled (just novocain) My first appointment was canceled; due to my extreme anxiety I avoided their calls so they mailed me a letter, I still ignored them, but after a few more calls I found the courage to reschedule. I am grateful for their diligence.
