Your commercial should be taken off the air. You cut yourself shaving in multiple spots, which makes me wonder how you can handle surgical instruments, and your assistant has her nose sticking out of her mask right over a patient’s mouth during a procedure. Instills zero confidence, and will make me choose another office.
All personal in the office were very nice and caring. Especially Dr. Giad, she kept me very comfortable and I never felt the extraction, as I wasn't put to sleep. The tv ads are correct. A painless experience!
Dr Grubb is the best dentist. Perfect!!
Update... On Monday I had a cap fall out. When I looked at it, I saw that part of my tooth was inside the cap. I called the office to find out that I could come the next day. I dreaded the thought of the bill that I would get. I had this happen when I lived in Sarasota, and the out of pocket bill was 6000 plus dollars, and that was after what insurance paid.
