Well run service department. Wait time stated was accurate. Of course there’s an attempt to sell add-on maintenance, but nothing pushy.
Brought my new car in 3 separate times for a consistent battery drain issue. The last time they had it for over a month. In the end, while they performed diagnostic work, they took no action to fix the issue. And the car smells like smoke. So they did not fix my car and returned it to me damaged. Edit: They called me claiming the review was inaccurate. When I explained that it was accurate and that I was primarily upset about them smoking in my car, they made no attempt to resolve the smell and banned me from their business.
Fantastic. First time for service there. I was treated very well. I fully expected to have them try to talk me into some not really not needed service, but that didn't happen. They did the service I came in for, checked the car out thoroughly, and sent me on my way. I will be back, indeed...
