every time my family and i have ever tried this place it’s been horrible. the staff IS friendly. food orders are always wrong, never any service ware to eat with when our food finally arrives. had to ask them to put my fresh made breakfast in the microwave today because my freshly delivered breakfast skillet was cold. been waiting for 10 min right now to have my coffee refilled for the first time. such a shame.
Ribs were tough to chew. I had asked for mashed potatoes with a lite drizzle of dressing, and they drowned them instead. Reuben Sandwich had sauerkraut mixed with cheese, and they made the burger too well. Waitress had an attitude, and was slow in getting our waters and silverware.
the waiter was great! The burger was delicious and dessert was a scoop ice cream for a $1.

I have been going to this place since I was a child with my grand parents. The cream of chicken and rice soup is to die for!! I just wish they had delivery options, like DoorDash or UberEats. Then I can have it delivered to work to eat for lunch! There is nothing bad on the menu!
