The worse! Went in bc it says Hospital. On the web it says ultrasound, EKG’s, etc. I went in man sitting on the desk. No name tag no scrubs. Listening to everything the lady was asking I felt so uncomfortable. They had me go to the waiting areas where I could hear them talk about me. I was the only one in the waiting room.. a person comes out in slacks and ask what’s going on I tell him and he says he’s gonna talk with the other nurse.. again I can hear them talk about me. I’m so glad I went to Kindred on medical Dr in San Antonio Texas The Staffs administration the technician EvS Everyone such wonderful people carrying for my Mom. Mom had a fall at home and ended up at Baptist downtown we had transferred her to a high-level Care at University Hospital. She had a surgery craniotomy And she fractured Hip and had surgery. Mom made it out in ICU went to a step down unit and we had to discharge Mom to LTAC to Kindred Mom did such beautiful and improvement Baby steps she Did wonderful the therapist... read more
Wonderfully staff and very professional.
Brought my Uncle to this location for his initial visit with new PCP. They had him scheduled at 11, we arrived a little early and he was seen quickly. Had normal triage, plus diabetic foot check and EKG and were back in waiting room waiting for 12 pm appointment by 1116. It appears to be a large one stop clinic with an adjoining Urgent Care clinic and Physical Therapy all in one facility.
Since I was suffering with a surgery-related condition, the doc on duty refused to treat me. Either he did not know what to do or lacked the confidence to treat me. Will never go there again! Can only hope that my insurance will not be billed, since nothing was done.
