Company was referred by real estate agent on Sept, 2016. I was cognizant of quality of inspection but did not come through to post review but in retrospect after all work and learning on property, I would not recommend company to anyone. Standardized template of review and very generic not disclosing real issues. Everything was obsconded. Their goal was to work with agent so as not let contract fall through. Did not disclose real problems with A/C, piping and mold later discovered, etc, etc.
