Do not do business with this company. I called the agent that sold me our policies to cancel them almost 2 years ago and was told that I had to mail in a written letter, which I did. The company stated that the letter was never received and continued to charge me monthly. After a log phone call I was told me it had been canceled but they still tried to charge my account again and asked me to submit another written request.
