Bogus Furnace Inspection - Refused Refund Request I paid Family Heating & Cooling (FH&C) $99.95 for a furnace inspection. Tech came out, spent 2 minutes at furnace, then shows me two metal rings the size of a dime and says he found them in the furnace. Tells me it means I need a new heat exchanger. $600. Haha B*S*. This furnace was previously inspected a year ago.
