On time, fast and friendly.
My heat went out on New Years Day during a pretty heavy snowstorm, and it was after normal business hours. I called in the off chance that I could get ahold of someone and get an appt scheduled quickly. The receptionist took my information and passed it along to the on call technician. Within a half hour he called me and was able to walk me through removing and cleaning the flame sensor on my furnace. That’s all it took!
