I called Family and paid $49 for them to send an a/c tech. He arrived on time and was very courteous. Within minutes he diagnosed a failed capacitor. Problem was they quoted $673 to replace the capacitor. Part costs about $20 and takes about 20 minutes to replace. I think this is an outrageous charge and did not proceed with the job. I found another technician that will do the job for around $200.
I've had your repairmen often and was very pleased with the one who came today. He was efficient, thorough, and polite. I will continue your/his service in the future.thank you
