Excellent Company – John Hopton from Family Heating installed a full heating and AC unit for me. I found his guys to be very professional and honest. Not only was John about $2000.00 less than the other two quotes I received, John charged me what he quoted. I have referred Family Heating and Air to my customers and will continue to use him for all my HVAC needs.

Don't trust their estimates – I got three estimates on moving my AC do put in a deck, then re-connecting it once the deck was in. These guys seemed to be the best choice. BOTH times they charged more than they said. Of course when I called in to complain they said it was not their fault, it took longer than they expected... etc. The bottom line is; DON'T TRUST THEM.
