I went to the Family Hearing Center today. The receptionist was very friendly and greeted me with a welcome and a big smile. Judy took me and performed a hearing test. She was very professional and explained in detail my test results. She then gave me the options For a hearing aid. She listened to what I wanted and set me up for my hearing aid. I am so happy I chose Family Hearing Center and felt very comfortable with them. I would definitely recommend anyone who has hearing issues to go there.
My hearing aid stopped working on Tuesday night. Sent an email requesting an appointment to examine. FHC got me in at 430 pm on Wednesday. Great customer service.
My mom and aunt both purchased several hearing aids from the Family Hearing Center over the years. Dr Jill Knecht is very kind and patient. She is very thorough in her explanations. It's remarkable how much quality hearing aids can positively impact your life. I would recommend Family Hearing Center to anyone considering purchasing hearing aids.
