I can’t say enough good things about Family Hearing. I’ve been dealing with Jennifer and Liz. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. All my questions are answered, they wouldn’t let me leave till I was comfortable with all the new settings. I highly recommend them!!!!!

I got new hearing aids last week & I absolutely love them. Everything is so much clearer - I can even hear the hot air coming out of the register! This morning I had a telehealth appointment with Chelsea. It was super easy to do. Chelsea has loaded the app onto my phone, but the instructions were super easy. I could talk to her face to face and she was able to take care of any problems with my hearing aids long distance. I highly recommend Family Hearing, and Chelsea in particular.
