I use to work at Family Hearing so I know them pretty well. These people know their stuff and they are committed to continually getting trained on all new techniques for helping you hear better. They are committed to great customer service and they are so personable with their patients. They are also continually getting the best products in the market and won't sell out for the cheap stuff so that they can make more money. Jennifer LaBorde of Family Hearing Center in Boulder is the best. She is knowledgable, friendly, helpful, understanding and always available. I had hearing aids from another source and they were terrible. and the staff not real helpful. I was fed up with the whole experience and just decided to be deaf! I can't recommend them enough! Suffering from tinnitus and hearing loss for over 20 years left me thinking about retiring from music since I couldn't hear normally. When I tried the hearing aids in the office and heard music clearly for the first time in decades I cried. Better than the hearing aids was the fact I was listened to and understood. Having someone care about your condition is so rare these days. Wonderful experience!
