They are committed to great customer service and they are so personable with their patients. Jennifer LaBorde of Family Hearing Center in Boulder is the best. She is knowledgable, friendly, helpful, understanding and always available. I had hearing aids from another source and they were terrible. and the staff not real helpful. I was fed up with the whole experience and just decided to be deaf! I can't recommend them enough! Suffering from tinnitus and hearing loss for over 20 years left me thinking about retiring from music since I couldn't hear normally. When I tried the hearing aids in the office and heard music clearly for the first time in decades I cried. Better than the hearing aids was the fact I was listened to and understood. Having someone care about your condition is so rare these days. Wonderful experience!
