Always kind, professional, and accommodating. Sandra is warm, welcoming, and wonderful. Dr. Howard listens to my concerns and always puts me at ease. The whole facility is amazing!
Had a phone conversation, gave them my insurance, scheduled an appointment, and showed up to find out I had no appointment. And they couldn't possibly get me in in that office in the next 2 or 3 weeks. The woman at the front desk said she was sorry but if she was that sorry she probably would have found a way to get me in. Due to Insurance time frames I needed to get in by the end of August and waited for this appointment that I ended up not getting.
