Dr. Patel is great and very down-to-earth. He explains all that is going on. I love this dentist!

I've never been to a place of business that's so focused on customer service and satisfaction... that's atypical for a dentist office! There's always anxiety associated with a dental appointment, but by the second visit, you should feel anxiety free. Everyone is sincere and non-judgemental, and to me, the whole atmosphere seemed serene. Dr. Patel is awesome and has an amazing group of people. After visiting here, I can't imagine ever seeing another dentist.

Dr. Patel is the first dentist who could numb my tooth with only one attempt. HE is very good. The hygentist was exceptional. I would recommend Jackson smiles to anyone who needs dental work.

My routine teeth cleaning is always a pleasant experience at Jackson Smiles. Everyone who works there are very nice and courteous.
About 2 years ago I cracked a back moler. I called about every place in jackson and nobody would help me. I called Jackson Smiles and Dr. Patel told me to come in. He told me he keeps a spot open for emergencies. I've been going there ever since. No other place does that. The best dentist in Town!
