Just like always my visit was promp and pain free. Dr Patel took care of my immediate needs and is helping me plan my future care. Everyone is so kind and caring.
Dr Patel and his assistants always do an amazing job. He is very good about talking you through the procedure, in my case, 4 crowns. Polly is upfront about costs and I love that I was given a "worst case scenario" and a "best case." I like that when I walk in I am greeted by name, even if they usually only see me 2xs a year.
Everyone was so friendly and very upbeat making your visit very pleasant. Dr. Patel answered all my questions in depth.
As usual my dental appointment was wonderful. I use to be terrified of a dentist office. Since Dr. Neil Patel has been my dentist I don’t even have to use the (gas). I’m not afraid. The entire staff is friendly and like Family. They care about you here. If anyone needs a Dentist I Highly Recommend Jackson Smiles.
I would like to give Dr. Patel and his staff a thumbs up. He has been serving my family's dental needs since his arrival in Jackson. His services have always been professional and pain free and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has the friendliest staff anywhere including wife Tina that have always treated us with much kindness. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr Patel is well educated and knows what he is doing. All the staff are professional and friendly. Short wait times for appointments. Rating: I give them a 10 out of 10 with 10 being excellent
