The dentist is great. He is very professional and kind. One of the best dentists we have had. However the supporting staff are not as supportive as the doctors. There is only one very nice lady that works in the dental department in the back. The others are cold with inconsistent rules. One of them was also aggressive in her approach to our family as patients. She was reported to family healthcare after the incident. Got my son one dentist appointment now they want me to go to orosi visalia and every other clinic because the provider can't show up stay away from this company customer service is zero a bunch of disrespect people pointing fingers at everyone but themselves DON'T GO STAY FAR AWAY
