If I could put zero stars I would. Honestly the constant rescheduling was extremely frustrating. I get things change and we need to be accommodating, however I received multiple calls in one day to confirm an appointment, only for it to be cancelled by the provider. In addition, I specifically stated when making an appointment what needed to be done for my daughter, and the appointment was still made.
