By far the worst healthcare offices I’ve ever visited. I’ve been to multiple Family Healthcare Network locations several times, and each visit has been marked by failure and incompetence. Lab results are “lost” (but really, they lack basic skills to add your information to it), orders are incomplete and sit in limbo because they don’t care to fix it, ultrasound machines break after waiting 40 minutes in their office, medical staff laugh at you and make fun of you, and you have to constantly follow up to get anything resolved... read more
If I could put zero stars I would. Honestly the constant rescheduling was extremely frustrating. I get things change and we need to be accommodating, however I received multiple calls in one day to confirm an appointment, only for it to be cancelled by the provider. In addition, I specifically stated when making an appointment what needed to be done for my daughter, and the appointment was still made. I came in, showed the paperwork that she needed a specific kind of blood test and was still told I was incorrect. I took off ... read more
The treat from mx counter workers to other latinos is awful. They to enjoy bullying latinos with Spanish accent. I go there there is no other place.
