I am sorry, but you have got to get rid of this corporation that is running this place. I hate it for the doctors that are trying to help out a small town, but the "family healthcare network" is AWFUL. Poor business practices, frustrated employees, and the WORST communication I've seen from a healthcare company. Do better.
Ignored written medical/treatment history; ignored stated medical/treatment history; misdiagnosed/treated. Result is permanent damage. They're not healthcare providers. They're gravediggers.
After going here for the last 7 months I realize that I jumped to fast to judgment. They have been really good and Melissa and Nicole are so helpful and awesome! I recommend this place!
