Took off time to go to this appointment that was made for me. I had nothing to do with this making this appointment. Confirmed it three different times through text messages that they sent me. To only get there and be told that I have to go to another office next week. With no explanation no nothing no customer service no empathy that I had taken the time off. Nothing extremely poor service the building smells, and the people are not good.

I had an appointment on Feb 3rd i showed up 15 min early and I waited for an hour till I just walked out. I had just got out of work and was tired, if they are running behind Schedule, they should let you know. So you could schedule a different appointment or something. But I think that was wrong of them to do that to me. I just got an email saying appointment completed. That's wrong because I left. Because it took so long. appointment not completed.

Dr Guzman is amazing love all the staff!! Answer all my questions, spend time to make sure I understand everything we discuss. They truly care about their patients!!
