I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Family Healthcare Network on December 1st. I scheduled a same-day appointment because my son was sick and needed a doctor’s note to return to school. How Family Health Care Networks Stole Christmas! I have a few issues with this clinic. First, when you call, it takes forever for them to answer. Gone are the days when you were on hold for less than a minute. *Second, I took my son in for a checkup because he was sick, and schools always asks for a doctor's note. My stepfather came here for help very often last visit was less than 5 days ago.They told him he was okay to take pain medicine and that he was perfectly fine. However, tonight he had a heart attack. If you care about the well-being of your loved ones, do not bring them here, especially if there is a language barrier and they are older. Unfortunately, it seems that some people who do not care about their job are in the wrong profession and are employed here.

Had to switch doctors. Previous one was not understanding and could not care if you deal with medical anxiety. Doctors should accommodate your needs and not belittle your efforts in wanting to improve on your health but unable to due to anxiety

Want to take a minute to say how kind the male receptionist was, I think his name is Kenneth. Went in just for a work note and he was super welcoming and kind!
