I can't understand how the office can close whenever they want! If that's the case, then the closing hours should be 6:00 and not 7:00. This is the last time we will try to come to this office! Once my daughter broke her ankle and we came and the provider refused to do an X-ray because she said that if she was walking on it then it must not be broken! Well, it was!!! I had to take her somewhere else so she could be seen by a component physician. And tonight, I come in with a sick child 45 minutes before closing and the girl ... read more
Ugh!!! I would give them NO stars if I could. Left waiting for almost an hour with a sick child and there were only 3 people waiting (I think one of those people was waiting for someone). After I finally had enough, I ask the front desk person how much longer, she comes back and tells me it would be another half hour and as she's telling me this I can clearly see through the doorway about 3-4 employees standing around talking...Really! So we left and went to Go Docs. By the time I was done filling out the paperwork and waiti... read more

It is unfortunate that there are actually great Pediatricians in the office, but the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They always seem irritated and unwilling to do their jobs to make things happen. Referrals or even to speak with a nurse on the phone without an attitude is like an act of congress. We are definitely looking for a new office.
Very disappointed. My husband had labs on Wednesday last week and despite calling twice for the results still have not heard from them as of today. Had to go to another doctor for treatment which required an antibiotic. You should ALWAYS return a patients phone call. ALWAYS. Not good SOVAH. What a shame.
